How to Broadcast to this Player

You can push a video stream using OBS Studio or FFmpeg. The server automatically replicates the stream into low-latency (1s segments) and 24h DVR (6s segments).

Option A: Using FFmpeg

Run this command to stream a test pattern or file loop:

ffmpeg -re -f lavfi -i testsrc=size=1280x720:rate=30 -f lavfi -i sine=frequency=440 -c:v libx264 -preset veryfast -tune zerolatency -g 30 -c:a aac -f flv rtmp://<YOUR_SERVER_IP>:1935/src/stream

Option B: Using OBS Studio

  1. Go to Settings -> Stream.
  2. Set Service to Custom....
  3. Set Server to: rtmp://<YOUR_SERVER_IP>:1935/src
  4. Set Stream Key to: stream (or match your selector above)
  5. Go to Settings -> Output (Output Mode: Advanced) and set Keyframe Interval to 1s (critical for LL-HLS!).
